I support the Oxford comma and ending sentences with prepositions. It's my job to study this unpredictable nature of people and use what I discover to shape products to fit their unique needs.

With over 8 years of experience, I am comfortable bending the rules and doing what I need to to feel confident in my design decisions. When the situation called for it, I have forgone personas in favor of goal sheets/jobs to be done or I have created an act/scene list instead of a user flow to help show the user's journey.

Strategy and company design processes is something I am very passionate about. From mentoring new UX designers one-on-one to creating a UX design team across an Enterprise company, I thrive on improving UX professionals across a range of skills, both hard and soft.
